About Austin TaeKwonDo Plus
TaeKwonDo Plus teaches martial arts training by certified instructors to students of all ages within Austin. There are special classes for various levels and ages from 4 years old to separate adult classes. There are ten belts to achieve before earning the rank of black belt.
Each martial art studio provides training in self defense, while instilling discipline, respect and improving overall self-esteem. For adults, classes have an emphasis on fitness and a more challenging workout. The classes for kids are geared to improve focus, fine motor skills, and discipline through karate.
